General terms

The day price applies from 1 to 6 renting days.
The week price is for a 7 renting days minimum.
The day price is for only 24 hours.
Miles unlimited on all the vehicles.
A driving licence and valid credit card will be required.

You can cancel your rent one week BEFORE the first rent day. Less than 7 days before your rent, the caution (reservation deposit) is not refundable.

In the event of “No show”, one day minimum will be payed by you.
Any car returned before final date, will not be refunded.
Any other conditions are specified on the original contract.

RESERVATIONS : You may book your car by mail, phone or fax.

OUR PRICES DO NOT INCLUDED :

Additional drivers, Gasoline, Insurance, Seat child, Local Tax, Tax Airport, other options …
The drivers must be over 18 years old (25 years for some special cars) and to have a valid driving licence to drive on the French AND Dutch side of the island.

GASOLINE : Car must be returned with the same gasoline level specified on the contract with your signature.

PAYMENT: Deposit and extra charges will be payed with your credit card.

DEPOSIT : A deposit is required for booking a car. Pay it only by credit card as VISA or MASTER CARD.

RENT Timing : When you have to return the car, we can accept one hour in free extra, but no more. After that you must pay an extra : 8,00 euro per extra hour, (if the extra time is more than 2 hours, you have to pay the day price).
